Unlicensed operators harm the public first and the trade second. They use restricted chemicals without training, undercut every legitimate quote, and when something goes wrong the whole industry is blamed for it.
DNPCA will maintain a reporting channel for members, verify what is reported before it goes anywhere, and pass substantiated cases to the appropriate authority with the documentation they need to act.
The association does not investigate and has no enforcement power. Its role is to make a genuine complaint easy to raise and hard to ignore.
