Customers rarely know what a competent treatment looks like. They cannot tell whether the technician at the door is trained, whether the chemical is approved, or whether the price quoted is reasonable.
The association will publish short guides — for homes, for restaurants, for warehouses — covering the questions worth asking, the paperwork worth keeping, and the warning signs of unsafe work.
Material will be produced in Hindi and English, and made free for any member to distribute under their own name.
