Most complaints the trade receives are not about pricing. They are about work done badly — the wrong chemical, the wrong dose, no follow-up. Today there is no shared benchmark a Delhi NCR firm can train its technicians against.
DNPCA is drafting a certification syllabus covering pest biology, safe chemical handling, application equipment, record-keeping and customer communication. The intention is a short, practical course a working technician can complete without leaving the job, assessed independently rather than by the employer.
The syllabus is being reviewed by the founding members. Training partners will be announced once the association is registered.
